The battery outlasts most jobs. Charging is via an USB-C port and you can connect it for charging to a computer or standard USB charger. It doesn't come with a charging adapter, but it does come with the USB-C cable. A red light comes on during charging and off when charging is complete. I wouldn't hesitate buying this again, in fact, I recommend this screwdriver if you're having trouble making up your mind.
