In terms of production and processing, Jicui Zhizao has multiple DMG MORI CMX600VC vertical processing centers, PH500 horizontal processing centers, MPS-30105C laser cutting and other processing equipment, ensuring that the accuracy error of each processing component is within ± 0.02mm, ensuring product consistency and accuracy, and further improving product quality and reliability.

Before leaving the factory, the intelligent robots produced by Jicui Intelligence need to go through a strict debugging and testing process. Through 7 days of continuous aging testing, data is collected and analyzed during the testing period to evaluate the performance changes and stability of the robots at different time points. Potential problems are identified in a timely manner and measures are taken to repair and optimize them, thereby improving the service life and work efficiency of the robots, reducing maintenance costs and risks.
