STARS INCREASED AFTER REPLY FROM AG WHICH LIFTS REVIEW FROM 1 TO 4 STARS. I APPRECIATE YOUR RESPONSE AND WAS PREVIOUSLY HAPPY WITH ALL OUR EARLIER INTERACTIONS.Used Abbey Glass about 4 times in the last year as my business had been repeatedly broken into. On the last occasion I went for much stronger glass. It was heavy. The guy from the shop carried the glass to my car and placed it in on an angle leaning agains the side. I am no glass pro so assumed this was perfectly alright. Anyway, it was clearly the absolute wrong thing to do as the glass cracked all the way across. I called them and was told it was not their fault and I could buy another at full price, not even an offer of a discount. I think this is terrible customer service and hence I will never use them again. I also waited weeks to get them to so much as offer a discount so that I did not have to write this review but sadly they just ignored further communication. Abbey Glass you should learn from this - a) load glass properly b) have some post sale customer service.
